I. Grease Injection

1. Select the connector nut for the grease gun head (the grease gun barrel comes with two nuts: ① M20×1.5 ② 1″-14 thread). If the connection thread on the valve or pipeline is M20×1.5, place the M20×1.5 nut at the front; otherwise, use the 1″-14 thread nut.

2. Unscrew the rotating cap at the front end of the grease gun barrel (Note: The rotating cap is equipped with two connector nuts: M20×1.5 and 1″-14 thread).

3. Fill the grease gun barrel with the required sealing grease or butter and compact it.

4. Tighten the rotating cap of the grease gun barrel.

5. Securely screw the grease gun head at the front of the grease gun barrel onto the connection port of the valve or pipeline.

6. Connect the quick male connector at the rear end of the grease gun barrel to the quick female connector at the front of the SDB-1 ultra-high pressure manual pump oil tube.

7. Tighten the unloading handwheel on the manual pump and press the handle until the sealing grease or butter is injected (for the manual pump usage instructions, refer to SDB-1).

8. If multiple injections are needed, repeat the above steps.

9. If the grease injection oil tube is not long enough, use the additional oil tube provided in the box (unscrew the grease gun head at the front of the grease gun barrel, screw it into the internal thread at one end of the oil tube, and screw the other end of the oil tube into the original position of the grease gun head on the barrel, ensuring it is tightly fastened and leak-free).

II. Pressure Test

After the required sealing grease or butter has been injected, refill the barrel with the injection material (sealing grease or butter) and continue pressurizing. Check whether the pressure index displayed on the pressure gauge installed on the manual pump meets the requirements. If not, continue pressing the handle until the pointer reaches the required pressure.

III, After completing the grease injection and pressure testing, carefully disassemble the equipment, wipe it clean, and place it in the stainless steel packaging box.
